At Children’s Dental Network, we make kids happier and healthier by introducing them to good dental habits at an early age. Together with school districts throughout the Greater Derry and Salem areas, we make obtaining dental care easy and affordable by providing free and low-cost screenings, teeth cleanings, temporary fillings and fluoride treatments right in school.
Our educational programs give teachers the resources they need to help their students learn about oral health, and our in-school presentations teach them how to have a healthy smile that will last a lifetime. Most importantly, we help children become comfortable with going to the dentist. And that’s really something to smile about!
Whether you’re a parent, an educator, a sponsor, or a dentist, we’re looking forward to working together with you! And don’t forget to brush and floss every day, and visit the dentist for regular check-ups – a healthy smile will last a lifetime!
MISSION
The mission of the Children's Dental Network is to improve oral health for
children in the greater Derry area through education, delivery of services, and
facilitation of improved access to oral health services.
A huge thank you goes out to Vendala Cucinotta, recent graduate from Londonderry High School, Karen Robinson, 3rd grade students from Matthew Thornton, and Carol Mack! Vendala was the director, videographer, and editor of a video that Children's Dental Network will show 3rd graders next year. Read about this project in the Union Leader.
